There are a variety of supplements used for brain healing and function which can aid in recovery from a concussion. Some of the most beneficial include Melatonin, Turmeric (also called Curcumin) & Omega 3 Fish Oil. There has also been recent research into  nootropics (brain powering aids and supplements)  for improving memory, cognition and stamina in survivors with post concussion syndrome.

This is a brief list of supplements which survivors and professionals have utilized for concussion recovery and improving their overall health.
